The mission of The Shepherd’s Heart is to feed, clothe, empower and advocate for families in need throughout the community, demonstrating to them the love of God.  The Shepherd’s Heart is the largest faith-based food pantry in Central Texas. They are feeding families and changing lives.  
Each day they receive food from food banks, local stores, restaurants, and other food donors, that needs to be checked and processed to be prepared for food distributions.  The Shepherd’s Heart routinely delivers food to over 1100 seniors twice each month.  They provide food to 3000 students through food pantries located within four local schools.  The Shepherd’s Heart provides food to the general public through 17 mobile distribution sites monthly.  
Renew Church Waco partners with The Shepherd’s Heart each month to provide food through a mobile distribution site located on the Renew campus.
